Vision
Seeing over the top of all the mess and fuss is an evolutionary advantage of the Giraffe. Whilst we humans don't possess a 10 foot neck, we have superior intelligence and the ability to think abstractly about the future. When we utilise that advantage and set a goal in our mind, we are able to direct our work towards that end and progress our lives.
A leader must share's their vision with the team to make the time to target short and the quality of the final product excellent. The vision must be clear and the communication must be shared.
